Hi, I'm Mercy

As a UX designer and researcher, I bring three years of experience in UX Design and Research, complemented by previous roles in service delivery, customer engagement, and relationship management. My natural curiosity and empathy have drawn me to the field of UX, where I've developed a deep appreciation for understanding user needs by asking the right questions and delving deeper to gain insights.

I possess a keen observation skillset, allowing me to ask the right questions and delve deeper to understand users' needs. This enables me to create meaningful and practical design concepts that address user requirements effectively.

My passion lies in creating accessible designs that are not only meaningful and useful but also fulfill users' needs. To achieve this, I integrate user research throughout my design process, ensuring that user feedback is integrated at every stage, to create impactful solutions.

I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.

Beyond the design field, I am an Author, a Blogger, and I have a YouTube Channel. Also, I'm a convener for an online community for First-time moms. 

I am always seeking opportunities for self-improvement and striving to make a positive difference in the lives of others. A personal mantra I adhere to is to add value to everyone I encounter.

I love being outdoors in nature, taking pictures, searching the web to discover something new, and spending time with my family and friends. 

I am a Nigerian and I am currently based in Almere, Netherlands. I have been in the Netherlands for almost 3 years with my family.

I speak English proficiently and Yoruba (my mother tongue). I am at an A1 level in Dutch and currently undergoing a Dutch Language course.
