My Role: UX Designer and Researcher
Client: ING Bank Headquarters, Netherlands
Project Duration: March - April, 2023
Design Challenge:
"Facilitate behavioral change to achieve financial and environmental sustainability among ING customers using various widgets, helping each user advance one level up, in ING's sustainability pyramid."
Project Impact and Potential:
Usability testing with ING users confirmed our new widgets are highly valuable, significantly boosting app visits and user engagement, ultimately empowering users to be more financially aware and responsible.
My Role: UX Designer
Client: Stamps App, Netherlands
Project Duration: December 2023 - February 2024
Design Challenge:
Improve the Stamps app UX design to enhance user retention and create a seamless, easy-to-navigate onboarding flow that highlights key features of the app
Project Impact and Potential:
This project features a comprehensive UI and UX overhaul of the Stamps mobile app, specifically crafting an intuitive and improved onboarding experience that guides new users seamlessly from first touch to engaged usage, setting the foundation for long-term retention.
My Role: UX Researcher and Designer
Client: A passion project - Carried out during my Google UX Design Professional Certification Program and Master's degree.
Project Duration: 2022-2023
Design Challenge:
To design a website with essential information that is accessible to expat moms in Europe during their first year of parenting.
Project Impact and Potential:
The designed platform (for first-time moms), received positive feedback from most moms, including test participants. They found it useful and highly relevant to their current needs, expressing enthusiastic anticipation for its launch.
